About the Role
Veloche Group is hiring a Factory Manager to oversee joinery and fit-out production in Dubai. The role involves managing day-to-day factory operations, supervising production teams, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with project managers.

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day factory operations for joinery and fit out production
- Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities in line with project requirements
- Supervise factory supervisors, foremen, and production teams
- Ensure production outputs meet approved drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Procurement teams
- Monitor material usage, wastage, and inventory control
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process
- Implement and enforce HSE policies and factory safety procedures
- Manage machinery, maintenance schedules, and production efficiency
- Prepare production reports and KPI performance updates for management
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished items to site
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in fit out / joinery manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of joinery works, materials, finishes, and production methods
- Experience managing large scale joinery factories and teams
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of factory HSE standards and compliance

- AED 10,000.00 AED 15,000.00 per month
