Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new fit out and interior contracting projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with estimation and technical teams
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions to understand requirements
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to close deals successfully
- Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth project handover
- Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and prepare regular sales reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in interior fit out or construction industry
- Strong understanding of fit out works (joinery, MEP coordination, finishes, authority approvals)
- Proven ability to close high value projects
- Strong network of clients, consultants, and contractors in the UAE market
- Valid UAE driving license preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive – Fit Out to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and securing interior fit out projects.
- The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the fit out industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales within construction or interior contracting.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new fit out and interior contracting projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with the estimation and technical teams
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions to understand requirements

Pay
- Pay: AED5,000.00 AED7,000.00 per month
