  • Company: Cybertronix Technologies (IT Company).
  • We are looking for a dynamic and target driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team.
  • The role involves promoting and selling a range of IT Products to both business clients and individual customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential corporate and retail customers.
  • Present and promote company products and services effectively.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B & B2C).
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Provide clear product information, pricing, and tailored solutions.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects to close sales.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain long term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of tele sales experience in the UAE (IT industry preferred).
  • Proven ability in both B2B and B2C sales.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self motivated with a results oriented mindset.
  • Basic understanding of IT hardware and software is a plus.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 2,000 + Attractive commission structure.
  • Visa requirement: Own visa preferred initially.
  • Company visa and full benefits as per UAE Labor Law will be provided after successful probation.
