Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for software installation, activation, troubleshooting, and configuration
- Configure and support Microsoft products, antivirus software, and Tally
- Assist the sales team with product demonstrations, technical queries, and pre sales support
- Coordinate with customers to resolve technical issues via phone, email, remote access, or onsite visits
- Participate in technical meetings with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Prepare technical documentation, installation guides, and support reports
- Coordinate with software vendors for license activation and issue resolution
- Support software deployment and customer onboarding
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows, Microsoft 365, Office)
- Experience with antivirus solutions such as Quick Heal, Kaspersky, Bitdefender, McAfee, or similar
- Good knowledge of Tally installation, configuration, backup, and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of networking, remote support, and Windows troubleshooting
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Overview
- Location: Onsite – Dubai
- Job Type: Full Time
- Salary: AED 1,000 – AED 1,500 per month + performance based bonus
