Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced and results driven B2B Business Development Manager to drive volume sales of IT software and hardware products.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate customers, managing key accounts, building reseller and channel partnerships, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
  • Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, educational institutions, government organizations, and channel partners.
  • Promote and sell IT software, hardware and products, and software subscriptions.
  • Identify customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close high volume sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build long term relationships with key decision makers, including IT Managers, Procurement Teams, and Business Owners.
  • Coordinate with technical and procurement teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools and submit regular sales reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Upsell and cross sell products to existing customers to maximize revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in IT software or hardware distribution/reselling.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft licensing, cybersecurity solutions, antivirus products, cloud services, networking products, and computer hardware.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong network of corporate clients in the UAE is an advantage.
  • Candidate must have Own/Sponsored/ Spouse visa.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: AED3,000 – AED5,000 per month (based on experience).
  • Bonus: Uncapped — high performers can earn double their salary or more.
