Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, educational institutions, government organizations, and channel partners
- Promote and sell IT software, hardware products, and software subscriptions
- Identify customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close high volume sales deals
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Build long term relationships with key decision makers, including IT Managers, Procurement Teams, and Business Owners
- Coordinate with technical and procurement teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools and submit regular sales reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings
- Upsell and cross sell products to existing customers to maximize revenue
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in IT software or hardware distribution/reselling
- Knowledge of Microsoft licensing, cybersecurity solutions, antivirus products, cloud services, networking products, and computer hardware
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong network of corporate clients in the UAE is an advantage
- Candidate must have Own/Sponsored/Spouse visa

Job Summary

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: AED3,000 – AED5,000 per month (based on experience).
- Bonus: Uncapped — high performers can earn double their salary or more.
