- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services
- Answer questions about offerings and address customer concerns
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/services
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or cold calls
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly tone on calls
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
- Close own deals and keep regular follow up
- Multi task and do 100 150 calls per day
Requirements
- Proven experience (1 2 years) as a telesales representative or similar sales role
- Proficiency in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and goal oriented with the ability to handle objections
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
- High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred

Job Description
