Job Description

  • As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and selling our products/services over the phone to potential customers.
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a results driven approach.

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services.
  • Answer questions about our offerings and address customer concerns.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/services.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or cold calls.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly tone on calls.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Close your own deals and also keep a regular follow up on it.
  • Should be able to multitask and do 100 150 calls per day.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (1 2 years) as a telesales representative or similar sales role.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and goal oriented with the ability to handle objections.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.

Compensation

  • Pay: From AED 2,500.00 per month
