Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all communications.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and conferences.
- Coordinate and oversee special projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Conduct research on various topics as needed and compile information into concise summaries.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as required, including managing household needs and coordinating family schedules.
- Manage and maintain organizational systems, including filing, record-keeping, and database management.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to ensure the smooth functioning of the executive's office.
- Should be able to coordinate and arrange for attending different events relating to the business requirement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges with composure.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
