Job Summary

  • Generate sales by contacting potential and existing customers over the phone
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills required
  • Customer focused approach and ability to achieve sales targets

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients across various industries in the UAE
  • Promote recruitment, outsourcing, payroll, and HR consulting services
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for Business Development
  • Build and maintain a database of prospective clients
  • Understand client hiring needs and introduce suitable HR solutions
  • Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM system
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Coordinate with recruitment and business development teams
  • Stay updated on UAE recruitment trends and competitor services
  • Prepare daily and weekly activity reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, lead generation, or inside sales
  • Experience in the UAE market is highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident in making high volume outbound calls
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR outsourcing services is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

  • Number of outbound calls made per day
  • Lead conversion rate
  • Monthly sales revenue achieved
  • Customer follow up and retention rate
  • Achievement of individual sales targets
  • Customer satisfaction and service quality
