Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients across various industries in the UAE
- Promote the company's recruitment, outsourcing, payroll, and HR consulting services
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the Business Development team
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients
- Understand client hiring needs and introduce suitable HR solutions
- Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Coordinate with recruitment and business development teams for smooth client onboarding
- Stay updated on UAE recruitment trends and competitor services
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, lead generation, or inside sales
- Experience in the UAE market is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Confident in making a high volume of outbound calls
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
