Overview

  • We are looking for a highly organized and professional Office Secretary. If you have excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and can work efficiently in a fast paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and schedules
  • Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
  • Handle emails, phone calls, courier, and correspondence
  • Prepare and maintain documents and reports in English and Arabic
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchases
  • Assist with petty cash, expense reports, and administrative records
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Experience in the oil & gas industry or a large corporate organization is an added advantage
