Telesales Executive

Role overview

Location and schedule

• The role is based in Dubai, UAE, and the work location is in person.
• Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Pay and employment

• The position is full-time.
• Pay is listed as AED 3,500 to AED 4,500 per month.
• Performance-based incentives are offered.

Calling and inventory sourcing

• Make outbound calls to real estate agents and property consultants.
• Introduce the company and explain its property requirements.
• Source ready-to-sell and ready-to-rent properties.
• Collect property type, location, pricing, size, bedroom, availability, owner or agent details and property photos.
• Follow up with agents regarding new and updated inventory.

Records and coordination

• Maintain an organized database of agents and available properties.
• Update the CRM or database with call results and property information.
• Identify serious and active agents for long-term cooperation.
• Coordinate with the sales and leasing team and share suitable property listings.

Candidate requirements

• One year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service or real estate is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Confidence with frequent outbound calls, rapport building, follow-up and negotiation is required.
• Good English communication skills are preferred.
• Basic computer and CRM skills are required.
• Dubai real estate market knowledge is advantageous.
• The candidate should be self-motivated, target-oriented and persistent.
