Full-time Furjan Specialist and Real Estate Agent role with a Dubai real estate brokerage.
The role requires strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Al Furjan, including properties, developers, market trends, and inventory.
Responsibilities
- Specialize in apartments, villas, and townhouses in the Al Furjan market.
- Build networks with property owners, landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors.
- Source listings, secure owner relationships, and obtain exclusive or non-exclusive mandates.
- Research prices, rental rates, demand, and inventory.
- Advise clients, respond to inquiries, arrange viewings, and negotiate sale or rental terms.
Requirements
- Strong Al Furjan real estate expertise and practical market experience.
- At least one year of real estate experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is stated as up to AED 120,000 per year.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
