Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate office space for daily walk-in and scheduled candidate interviews.
• Source candidates across job portals, referrals, and social channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct first-round interviews for sales, telesales, and real estate agent roles.
• Schedule second-round interviews with hiring managers and team leads.
• Maintain a live candidate pipeline so open roles do not remain unfilled.
• Verify mandatory role requirements before candidates progress.
• Draft and update job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate offers, documentation, and new-hire onboarding logistics.
• Report weekly on applications, interviews, offers, pipeline health, and time to fill.

Requirements

• At least one year of recruitment or HR experience in the UAE is mandatory.
• Experience in real estate, sales, or another high-volume industry is preferred.
• Ability to run back-to-back interviews daily in a high-volume recruitment environment.
• Strong proactive sourcing skills and the ability to find candidates rather than only wait for applications.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage a multi-role candidate pipeline.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to assess sales aptitude during first-round screening.
• Must be based in Dubai and available on site daily.
