Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive for a growing sales team.
The role focuses on promoting financial products, generating sales opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships.
Outbound Calling and Customer Engagement
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote financial products and services.
- Generate qualified leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
Follow-Up and Records
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
- Nurture leads through the sales pipeline and maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Ensure customer information is updated and documented properly.
Targets and Collaboration
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Contribute to overall team performance and business objectives.
