Role overview
Centennial Financial Solutions DIFC is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Retention Officer in Dubai.
The role focuses on client relationships, financing application follow-up, customer satisfaction, retention, and conversion.
Key responsibilities
- Contact existing and potential clients and maintain professional relationships.
- Follow up on financing requirements, applications, delayed applications, and unanswered enquiries.
- Explain available financing solutions and provide timely application and approval updates.
- Identify client drop-offs and re-engage old, inactive, and previously interested leads.
- Record communications, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
- Coordinate with banking coordinators, sales teams, and bankers.
- Handle concerns professionally, escalate issues when required, and protect confidential client information.
- Identify future financing opportunities and achieve retention, follow-up, and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer retention, customer service, telesales, telemarketing, or relationship management.
- Experience in banking, financial services, loans, or finance is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, follow-up, persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
