Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Contact new leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming leads.
• Understand client businesses, financial requirements, and financing purposes.
• Assess initial eligibility and financing potential through relevant questions.
• Qualify prospects using business activity, financing needs, company profile, turnover, and documentation.
• Identify suitable solutions including business finance, corporate finance, working capital, trade finance, mortgages, and equity release.
• Maintain accurate lead information, communication history, and status in the CRM.
• Follow up with nonresponsive leads and re-engage older leads with financing potential.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead qualification targets.
• Coordinate lead handovers with sales and banking teams while maintaining client confidentiality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in lead generation, lead qualification, telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, questioning, and qualification skills.
• A confident and professional telephone manner.
• Good objection-handling and persuasion skills.
• Good knowledge of CRM systems.
• Ability to understand client requirements quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Experience in banking, financial services, loans, or finance is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of business financing and banking products is preferred.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Pay

• Pay is listed as AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.

Work Location

• The role is based in Dubai, UAE, and requires in-person work.
