Hiring Alert – Telesales / Cold Calling Executive
About Us
We are a growing IT & Business Solutions company in the UAE, focused on customer service and long-term client relationships.
We are looking for a Telesales / Cold Calling Executive who will primarily handle outbound calling, lead generation, customer interaction and manage front-desk duties.
Key Responsibilities
- *Make outbound cold calls to generate leads and business opportunities
- *Strong communication, convincing skills & telephone etiquette
- *Support sales documentation and update CRM
- *Identify potential clients and schedule meetings for the sales team
- *Manage calls, visitors, couriers, front-desk operations, Greet and assist visitors professionally
- Coordinate basic admin work and vendor registration
- *Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- *Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
