Real Secure IT Infrastructure LLC seeks a hands-on IT Support Engineer for infrastructure and network support. The role involves troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, firewalls, and storage.

Responsibilities
- Respond to support tickets and provide technical support through phone, email, remote tools, and onsite visits
- Troubleshoot user issues related to desktops, laptops, Windows, Microsoft 365, email, printers, Wi Fi, applications, and endpoint devices
- Follow up on assigned tickets until resolution or proper escalation
- Support users across multiple client environments in a professional and customer focused manner
- Document troubleshooting steps, actions taken, and final resolutions clearly in the ticketing system
- Support Microsoft 365 services, including users, mailboxes, licenses, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and basic Exchange Online tasks
- Assist with Active Directory tasks, including user accounts, groups, password resets, access permissions, and basic Group Policy support
- Support Windows endpoints and basic Windows Server services such as DNS, DHCP, file access, and shared folders
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, mailbox setup, access changes, and user device preparation
- Support MFA, identity, access, and basic security related requests
- Support client network environments, including switches, routers, wireless access points, firewalls, internet connectivity, and VPN access
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, NAT, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, and basic routing related issues
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in IT support, systems support, network support, or infrastructure support
- Currently based in the UAE
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong spoken and written English communication
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 user administration, email support, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and licensing
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file permissions, and Windows Server environments
- Good troubleshooting ability for desktops, laptops, printers, Windows operating systems, and common business applications
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, NAT, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and basic routing
- Practical exposure to firewalls, switches, routers, wireless access points, and network troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of storage, NAS, backup systems, and virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper V

Position Overview
- We are seeking a hands on IT Support Engineer (Infrastructure and Network) to join our team in the UAE.
- This role is designed for an early career engineer with practical IT support experience, solid technical fundamentals, and a strong willingness to learn and develop across systems, networks, cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure technologies.
- The candidate does not need to be an expert level engineer, but must have practical knowledge of troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, Active Directory basics, Windows systems, networking fundamentals, firewalls, backup, storage, and general infrastructure support.
- The selected candidate will handle support tickets, assist with client systems and networks, perform basic troubleshooting, support IT projects, and attend onsite client visits when required.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in IT support, systems support, network support, or infrastructure support.
- Candidate must currently be based in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Must be able to travel to client sites across the UAE when required.
- Experience in the UAE IT market is preferred.
- Experience in an MSP, IT services company, or multi client support environment is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 user administration, email support, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and licensing.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file permissions, and Windows Server environments.
- Good troubleshooting ability for desktops, laptops, printers, Windows operating systems, and common business applications.

Preferred Certifications
- CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent networking certification
- Fortinet NSE 4 or equivalent firewall certification

- CompTIA A+, Security+, VMware, Hyper V, or other infrastructure related certifications
