Key Responsibilities
*Manage calls, visitors, couriers, and front-desk operations
*Greet and assist visitors professionally
*Make outbound cold calls and generate potential clients
*Support sales documentation and update CRM
*Strong communication & telephone etiquette
*Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
*Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
