Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Telephone Operator or in Front Office within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Currently based in the UAE is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and wake up calls
  • Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure timely guest assistance
  • Take accurate messages and maintain call records when required
  • Deliver exceptional service while maintaining hotel standards
