Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and support all hotel specific systems, software, and hardware across both guest facing areas and back of house offices
- Maintain property wide network stability (Wi Fi, servers, systems) and resolve internal support tickets with fast execution
- Act as the primary on site point of contact for external technology vendors and local service providers
- Review hardware quotes, software licensing renewals, and third party maintenance contracts; negotiate commercial terms and service levels
- Ensure daily system backups are secure and that the hotel’s digital infrastructure complies with local Dubai data security regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of IT support experience strictly within the hotel/hospitality industry
- Strong foundational knowledge of standard hotel networks, Property Management Systems, Point of Sale platforms, guest internet configurations, and server management
- Proven track record of coordinating with external tech vendors and navigating service contracts
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to evaluate quotes and negotiate competitive pricing for IT assets
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills

- Efficient Execution: Maintain property wide network stability (Wi Fi, servers, systems) and resolve internal support tickets with a fast, zero friction execution style to ensure uninterrupted hotel operations.
- Vendor Management: Act as the primary on site point of contact for external technology vendors and local service providers. Leverage networks to resolve critical tech issues swiftly.
- Negotiation & Procurement: Review hardware quotes, software licensing renewals, and third party maintenance contracts. Negotiate commercial terms and service levels to ensure cost efficiency for the hotel.
- Data Security & Compliance: Ensure daily system backups are secure and that the hotel’s digital infrastructure complies with local Dubai data security regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of IT support experience strictly within the hotel/hospitality industry.
