Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager or in a hotel supervisory role
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Male candidate preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent guest service and complaint handling abilities
  • Familiar with hotel operations and hospitality standards
  • Currently based in the UAE is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Supervise front office and coordinate with other departments
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and operational procedures
