About the Resort
Al Zorah Beach Resort is a luxury coastal resort in Ajman surrounded by mangroves, beaches, and lagoons.
The resort is undergoing a transformation toward the grand opening of Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah in 2028.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct internal and external calls with courtesy and efficiency.
- Manage guest messages and digital communications, including WhatsApp.
- Maintain guest profiles, preferences, and records in Opera PMS or similar systems.
- Prepare daily communication reports and logs and follow up on guest requests.
- Stay informed about resort services, promotions, and local events.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, and Bell teams.
- Maintain brand, LQA, and Forbes communication standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years as a Telephone Operator or Core Agent in a five-star luxury hotel or resort.
- Fluent English is required; Russian or Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
- Strong telephone etiquette, service-oriented communication, and familiarity with Opera PMS or similar systems.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, composure under pressure, and collaborative teamwork.
- Professional grooming and presentation with natural warmth and attentiveness.
