We are looking for a dynamic Server who brings genuine warmth, professionalism, and efficiency to every guest interaction.

With a positive and uplifting approach, the ideal candidate is passionate about food and beverage service and takes pride in creating memorable dining moments.

They possess strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in English.

• Provide exceptional service while following the assigned standards operating procedures.
• Ensure to possess a high standard of personal appearance and grooming at all times.
• Collaborate well with other team members working in other functions of the restaurant or bar.
• Having excellent knowledge about the food and beverage menu on offer while developing a complete working knowledge of the menus, ingredients and information for the restaurant and resort.
• Ensure to keep the area clean and well organized while monitoring and adhering to the standard checklists
• To establish a rapport with guests, providing guest recognition and good customer relationships.
• Assist and collaborate with the team of servers during the service whenever there is a need to provide support at any time.
• Maintaining a welcoming and service efficient environment
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Outlet Manager, Director of Food and Beverage

• 1-2 years’ previous experience as a server in a luxury resort/ hotel/ upscale restaurant or similar hospitality environment
• College education or equivalent experience.
• Previous employment experience in a similar position will be advantageous
• Requires the ability to operate restaurant operating systems Micros)
• Requires to be able to read, write and speak in English.
• Russian is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and be a team player
