About the Role

  • Vibes Events is seeking a driven and results oriented Telemarketer to support the commercial operations of ADNEC Capital Events.
  • You will be responsible for conducting high volume outbound calls, engaging prospects, achieving targets, and maintaining accurate records across CRM systems.

Location and Contract

  • Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
  • Client: ADNEC (Capital Events)
  • Contract Duration: 3 Months (Further Extendable until January 2027)
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sunday Off)

What You'll Do

  • Execute high volume outbound calls to prospects and leads in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly and monthly call targets and KPIs.
  • Engage prospects to identify interest, qualify opportunities, and generate leads for the sales team.
  • Handle objections confidently and maintain a positive, professional tone throughout all interactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of all calls, outcomes and follow ups in the CRM system.
  • Update and manage prospect data, ensuring information is complete, current and properly categorised.
  • Use CRM data to prioritise follow up actions and support pipeline reporting to the wider team.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns and event priorities.
  • Provide feedback on call quality, lead patterns and common objections to help refine targeting and messaging.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in outbound telemarketing or tele sales, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding call targets and KPIs.
  • Solid hands on experience with CRM systems, including data entry, lead management, and pipeline updating; familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English; clear, confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to handle objections calmly and keep conversations on track in a target driven environment.
  • Self motivated, organised and reliable with strong attention to detail in all data handling tasks.
  • Prior experience in the events, exhibitions or MICE industry is an advantage.

Additional Information

  • Initial contract duration is 3 months, extendable until January 2027 based on project requirements and performance.
  • Candidates must be flexible regarding contract extension as required by business needs.
