About the Role

What We Are Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, confidence engaging senior level professionals.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and strong CRM data accuracy (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Proactive, self starter mindset with ability to thrive in a fast paced, target led environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare sector, MedTech, or digital health landscape; or willingness to learn quickly.
- Prior experience in B2B exhibitions, trade shows or events in sales or tele qualification capacity is an advantage.
What You'll Do
- Contact and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, landing pages, and paid channels.
- Assess each company’s product or service offering and evaluate fit with WHX Dubai using structured qualification criteria.
- Hit daily and weekly outreach goals, maintaining focus on contact quality and conversion to sales opportunity.
- Record detailed lead notes and qualification scores in Salesforce for seamless handover to sales team.
- Flag high potential new entrants, innovators, and regional growth companies for strategic follow up.
- Support reactivation efforts with previously engaged or dormant leads in the system.
- Work with marketing team to refine campaign targeting and lead filtering based on lead quality feedback.
- Provide actionable insights to improve outreach quality and support broader sales pipeline development.
Additional Information
- Immediate start required; contract runs until 31 July 2027.
- Candidates must hold a valid UAE visa and Emirates ID; a Labour Card will be provided.
- Candidates must hold their own valid medical insurance.
