Company Description

  • Delta International Institute (Delta Academy) is an education provider focused on helping individuals build passive income through consistent trading in financial markets.
  • The institute offers structured guidance and mentorship through both offline and online sessions, authorized by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) of Dubai.

Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Telecaller Sales role based in Dubai.
  • The Telecaller Sales team member will contact potential learners and prospects by phone to introduce Delta Academy’s programs, explain course offerings, and respond to inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining call logs, following up with leads, and guiding interested individuals through the admission or enrollment process.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales and admissions teams to meet enrollment targets and provide accurate information about training schedules, fees, and learning outcomes.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing courteous and clear communication, and updating customer records in the system.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear telephone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with prospective learners.
  • Sales and persuasion abilities, with experience in telecalling, lead generation, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
  • Customer service skills, such as active listening, problem solving, and handling questions or concerns with patience and professionalism.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including using CRM or call management tools, email, and office applications to maintain records and follow up with leads.
  • Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage a high volume of calls, and meet individual and team targets within a structured schedule.
  • Previous experience in education, training, or financial services sales is an advantage, but motivated entry level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Comfort communicating in English; additional language skills (such as Arabic or Hindi/Urdu) are beneficial.
