Role Overview
- The Academic Coordinator Intern supports the Academics Department.
- Open to fresh graduates and final year students.
- No prior work experience required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule classes across all active programs
- Update and communicate timetables to all relevant parties
- Handle scheduling changes, clashes, and rescheduling requests
- Confirm mentor and trainer availability for upcoming sessions
- Maintain and update student records accurately
- Manage enrollment documentation, attendance logs, and student files
- Handle student registration and onboarding paperwork
- Generate student reports as required
- Monitor student payment schedules and outstanding balances
- Follow up with students on upcoming or overdue payments
- Coordinate payment confirmations with Accounts Department
- Track mentor schedules and confirm sessions are conducted as planned
Who We Are Looking For
- Fresh graduate or final year student in Business Administration, Education, or related field
- Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communicator in English
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Proactive, professional, team player
