- Coordinate and schedule classes across all active programs
- Update and communicate timetables to all relevant parties
- Handle scheduling changes, clashes, and rescheduling requests
- Confirm mentor and trainer availability for upcoming sessions
- Maintain and update student records accurately in the institute's system
- Manage enrollment documentation, attendance logs, and student files
- Handle student registration and onboarding paperwork
- Generate student reports as required by the Head of Academics
- Monitor student payment schedules and outstanding balances
- Follow up with students on upcoming or overdue payments
- Coordinate payment confirmations with the Accounts Department
- Maintain accurate payment logs and flag any discrepancies
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or final year student in Business Administration, Education, or any related field
- Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communicator in English: written and verbal
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proactive, professional, and a genuine team player

Role Overview
- The Academic Coordinator Intern plays a vital support role within the Academics Department.
- Open to fresh graduates and final year students looking to take their first step into the professional world.
- No prior work experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
