Role Overview
- The Academic Coordinator Intern supports the Academics Department.
- Open to fresh graduates and final year students.
- No prior work experience required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule classes across all active programs.
- Update and communicate timetables to all relevant parties.
- Handle scheduling changes, clashes, and rescheduling requests.
- Confirm mentor and trainer availability for upcoming sessions.
- Maintain and update student records accurately in the institute's system.
- Manage enrollment documentation, attendance logs, and student files.
- Handle student registration and onboarding paperwork.
- Generate student reports as required by the Head of Academics.
- Monitor student payment schedules and outstanding balances.
- Follow up with students on upcoming or overdue payments.
- Coordinate payment confirmations with the Accounts Department.
- Maintain accurate payment logs and flag any discrepancies.
Mentor Monitoring & Support
- Track mentor schedules and confirm sessions are conducted as planned.
- Monitor mentor attendance, punctuality, and delivery.
- Escalate absences or concerns to the Head of Academics immediately.
- Assist mentors with administrative needs related to their sessions.
General Academic Administration
- Prepare academic reports and summaries for department meetings.
- Attend daily team meetings and weekly department meetings.
- Support the Academics Department with additional coordination tasks as needed.
Who We Are Looking For
- Fresh graduate or final year student in Business Administration, Education, or any related field.
- Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communicator in English: written and verbal.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proactive, professional, and a genuine team player.
