About the Role
INFYA EXHIBITION STAND FITTING AND EXECUTION LLC is hiring a Telecaller to make outbound calls, generate leads, and schedule appointments for events and exhibitions. The role requires excellent communication skills and previous telecalling or telesales experience, with fluency in English.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's events and exhibition services
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with prospective clients
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding event participation and exhibition bookings
- Maintain and update customer databases and contact records
- Explain event packages, exhibition opportunities, sponsorship options, and promotional services to clients
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about upcoming events and exhibitions
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development activities
- Prepare and submit call reports, lead status updates, and customer feedback to management
- Assist in promoting events through phone campaigns and other outreach activities
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or event marketing preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
