Job Summary

  • We are seeking a confident and customer focused Telecaller to join our real estate team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining effective communication throughout the sales process.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.
  • Answer inbound inquiries regarding real estate properties and services.
  • Explain property features, pricing, and project details clearly and professionally.
  • Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to maintain engagement and generate interest.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow up activities in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover and follow up.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or real estate is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a target driven environment.
  • Professional attitude and positive customer service mindset.

  • Knowledge of the real estate market and property terminology.
  • Lead generation and appointment setting experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into qualified leads.
