- Manage and grow a portfolio of secondary market sales and leasing properties
- Generate new listings through networking, prospecting, and relationship building

- Maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and repeat clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate regulations and company standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in secondary market real estate sales and leasing
- Proven record of successful property transactions
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- Existing network of property owners, investors, and buyers is highly desirable
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations
- Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred
