Overview

  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results driven Tele caller / Executive Assistant to support the CEO and assist with daily real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Make outbound calls to qualify leads and generate appointments.
  • Source property listings, requirements, and opportunities for the CEO from internal and external channels.
  • Contact landlords and property owners to secure new listings.
  • Manage property listings across portals, including availability updates, permits, compliance, and quality score optimization.
  • Coordinate with agents to ensure timely follow up and listing management.
  • Maintain and update the company's property inventory database.
  • Assist the CEO with administrative, operational, and business support tasks.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and monitor daily activities.
  • Handle client, developer, and partner communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives when required.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and property portals.
  • Previous experience in tele calling, customer service, administration, or real estate is preferred.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
