- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, property owners, and existing database contacts
- Qualify leads and identify client requirements
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Invite clients to property launches, exhibitions, open houses, and company events
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in the CRM system
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Contact property owners and landlords to source property listings (preferred)
- Assist in updating property listings on portals and CRM systems (preferred)
- Coordinate with agents regarding lead follow ups and listing updates (preferred)
- Support marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives when required (preferred)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of telesales, telemarketing, call center, customer service, or real estate experience
- Previous UAE real estate telecalling experience is highly preferred
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and telephone skills
- Strong ability to handle objections and convert leads into appointments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and internet based communication tools
- Strong organizational, follow up, and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude, self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently

Job Overview
- Property Simplified Real Estate LLC is looking for an energetic, confident, and results oriented Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, property owners, and existing database contacts.
- Qualify leads and identify client requirements.
