Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of telesales experience in Real Estate
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and appointment setting targets
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Strong ability to engage decision makers and generate qualified appointments
- Comfortable making 150–200 connected calls per day
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Self motivated, disciplined, and target driven
