Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced, confident, and results driven Senior Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
  • If you have a proven track record of generating leads, booking appointments, and achieving sales targets, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and existing database contacts.
  • Qualify leads and identify client requirements.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up with buyers, sellers, investors, and prospective customers.
  • Invite clients to property launches, exhibitions, open houses, and company events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of telesales experience in Real Estate
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and appointment setting targets.
  • Excellent English communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
  • Strong ability to engage decision makers and generate qualified appointments.
  • Comfortable making 150–200 connected calls per day.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Self motivated, disciplined, and target driven.
