- Invite clients to property launches, exhibitions, open houses, and company events
- Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of telesales experience in Real Estate, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Mortgage, Wealth Management, or similar sales environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and appointment setting targets
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Strong ability to engage decision makers and generate qualified appointments
- Comfortable making 150–200 connected calls per day
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Self motivated, disciplined, and target driven

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced, confident, and results driven Senior Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
- This position is intended for experienced tele sales professionals only. Candidates with less than 2 years of tele sales experience will not be considered.
- UAE experience in Real Estate, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Mortgage, or Wealth Management will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
