- Address customer questions and provide accurate product or service information
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role (UAE experience is preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Promote the company's products and services over the phone.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
- Address customer questions and provide accurate product or service information.
- Follow up on pending inquiries and customer requests.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform other telecalling and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role (UAE experience is preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
