- Train, supervise, and motivate the kitchen team to maintain excellence and efficiency
- Monitor food costs, inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and Dubai Municipality regulations
- Maintain consistency in recipes, portion control, and quality standards
- Collaborate with management to achieve operational and financial objectives
- Manage kitchen scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a Japanese restaurant
- Strong expertise in authentic Japanese cuisine, including sushi and hot kitchen operations
- Proven experience in menu development, cost control, and kitchen management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards

Job Summary
