The company serves supermarkets, wholesalers, restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and other HORECA customers across the UAE.
Role overview
The Tele Sales Executive will generate sales over the phone, build customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.
The role supports customers across food retail, wholesale, restaurant, hotel, and catering segments.
Key responsibilities
- Contact existing and potential customers to promote SIDCO Foods products.
- Generate sales through outbound calls and follow up on customer enquiries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with supermarkets, retail stores, wholesalers, and HORECA customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and process sales orders accurately.
- Follow up on deliveries, customer feedback, and outstanding payments.
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Update customer and sales information in the CRM or ERP system.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for timely order fulfilment.
- Stay informed about products, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements
- At least two years of UAE experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer sales is required.
- Food trading, FMCG, frozen foods, meat products, or HORECA sales experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, customer-service, and relationship-building abilities are required.
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP proficiency, organizational skills, and time-management skills are required.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,700 to AED 3,200 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
