Role Overview
The company is seeking an Export Operations Coordinator for frozen food products.
The role links the manufacturing plant, logistics team, export department, freight forwarders, and customers.
Export Coordination
- Coordinate export orders from production planning through shipment and final documentation.
- Confirm product availability, production schedules, packing, and dispatch readiness with the manufacturing or production plant.
- Coordinate container bookings, transportation, loading, and shipment schedules with logistics teams and freight forwarders.
- Coordinate shipment status, documentation, and delivery schedules with customers and internal teams.
Documentation and Compliance
- Prepare, check, and coordinate commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, health or veterinary certificates, shipping documents, and other required documents.
- Ensure export documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Ensure compliance with destination-country and food-export requirements.
- Coordinate with authorities, inspection agencies, shipping lines, and customs brokers when required.
Monitoring and Records
- Monitor shipment timelines and proactively resolve operational or documentation issues.
- Maintain proper records of export shipments and documentation.
Requirements
- Have two to five years of experience in export operations, logistics, shipping, or documentation.
- Experience in the frozen food or food manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Understand export procedures and international shipping documentation.
- Have experience coordinating with manufacturing or production, logistics, freight forwarders, and customers.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Have good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Be proficient in MS Office and Excel.
- Knowledge of food export documentation and certificates is advantageous.

- Work is performed in person.
