Role Overview
SIDCO FOODS MEAT TRADING is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator.
The role supports sales operations through order processing, customer service, documentation, and coordination between customers and internal departments.
Experience in the UAE food trading or FMCG industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery instructions, and sales documentation.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, finance, and sales teams.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, deliveries, and outstanding payments.
- Maintain customer relationships through excellent service and timely communication.
- Update customer records, pricing, sales activities, and order status in the ERP system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Assist with sales targets, complaint resolution, filing, data analysis, and administrative tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, sales, marketing, commerce, or a related field.
- At least two years of UAE experience in sales coordination, sales administration, sales support, or a similar role.
- Experience in food trading, FMCG, frozen foods, meat, poultry, seafood, dairy, grocery, or HORECA is highly preferred.
- ERP experience with SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or a similar system.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, customer service, organizational, coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Tamil, or other languages are advantageous.
- UAE residence and immediate or short-notice availability are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,700 to AED 3,200 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
