  • Brainy n Bright is a leading STEM education company offering innovative programs in robotics, coding, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies for students.
  • Brainy n Bright is seeking a proactive and results driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads in the UAE education market including schools, academies, and training centers.
  • Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to connect with potential clients.
  • Present Brainy n Bright’s robotics, coding, and STEM programs to schools and institutions.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, product demos, and presentations.
  • Develop strong relationships with schools, partners, and educational organizations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and update activities in CRM systems.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Support program implementation and ensure client requirements are properly communicated to internal teams.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address operational queries or concerns.
  • Maintain proper documentation related to client agreements, proposals, and program schedules.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and operational progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management.
  • Experience in EdTech, Education, or Training industry will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Self driven and target oriented professional.
