Requirements

About the Role
- We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Business & Financial Literacy Trainer to deliver engaging, hands on learning sessions for students from C1 to C4 levels.
- The trainer will help learners build strong foundations in money management, entrepreneurship, budgeting, saving, and real world financial decision making through interactive and experiential learning methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct highly interactive, activity based financial literacy sessions
- Use games, role plays, simulations, and real life case studies
- Encourage student participation, discussions, and teamwork
- Design practical exercises such as mini business simulations, budget planning challenges, and classroom marketplace activities
- Adapt teaching style based on age group (C1–C4 progression levels)
- Ensure learning is fun, practical, and outcome driven
Curriculum Delivery (C1–C4 Levels)
- C1: Basic money concepts, saving habits, needs vs wants
- C2: Budgeting, goal based saving, simple transactions
- C3: Introduction to business, profit & loss, entrepreneurship basics
- C4: Advanced financial literacy, business planning, case based learning
Student Assessment & Reporting
- Track student progress and learning outcomes
- Maintain attendance and session wise performance records
- Provide structured feedback and learning reports
- Support continuous improvement of curriculum delivery
Administrative Responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans and session materials in advance
- Maintain proper documentation for each session
- Coordinate with academic coordinators and school staff
- Submit timely reports (attendance, progress, session summary)
- Ensure smooth execution of daily/weekly session schedules
Safeguarding & Compliance
- Follow all child safeguarding and protection policies strictly
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment
- Report any concerns following organizational safeguarding procedures
- Maintain professional boundaries with all students at all times
- Adhere to school and organization compliance requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Education, or related field
