About the Role
Brainy n Bright is seeking an enthusiastic Arabic-speaking Part-Time Trainer to deliver STEM sessions in Robotics, Coding, and AI during a summer program for students aged 5-16. Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Robotics, Coding, and Artificial Intelligence sessions in Arabic
- Conduct hands on STEM workshops for students aged 5–16 years
- Facilitate project based learning while encouraging creativity, teamwork, and problem solving
- Prepare and organize learning materials, robotics kits, and classroom resources before each session
- Guide students in completing practical activities, coding challenges, and robotics projects
- Monitor student participation, progress, and classroom discipline to ensure a positive learning experience
- Maintain STEM equipment and ensure its proper usage throughout the program
- Coordinate with the Program Manager and academic team regarding schedules, lesson delivery, and daily updates
- Follow Brainy n Bright's teaching standards, curriculum, and safety guidelines
- Represent Brainy n Bright professionally during school and camp activities
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
- Good communication skills in English
- Prior experience teaching children or conducting STEM workshops is preferred
- Knowledge of Robotics platforms (LEGO, VEX, Arduino, etc.), Coding (Scratch, Python, Blockly, or similar), and Artificial Intelligence concepts is an advantage
- Passion for working with children and inspiring young learners
- Strong classroom management, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
- Energetic, punctual, and professional attitude

Job Summary
- Brainy n Bright is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Arabic speaking Part Time Trainers to deliver exciting STEM sessions during our Summer Program.
- The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching children, confident in delivering Robotics, Coding, and AI programs, and capable of creating an interactive and enjoyable learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Robotics, Coding, and Artificial Intelligence sessions in Arabic (English proficiency is an advantage).
- Conduct hands on STEM workshops for students aged 5–16 years.
