About The Role

Brainy n Bright Dubai is looking for energetic and enthusiastic Sales Interns who are passionate about communication, business development, and customer engagement.

The intern will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to support lead generation, follow-ups, client interactions, and demo session coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in generating and qualifying new leads through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Conduct cold calling and follow-up with prospective clients and parents.
  • Support the team in scheduling demo sessions and meetings.
  • Maintain lead data and update CRM records regularly.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign follow-ups and inquiries.
  • Explain Brainy n Bright programs and services to potential customers.
  • Support in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed Graduation/MBA/BBA or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer interaction.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
  • Prior internship or sales experience is an added advantage.
