Role Overview
The company is hiring a motivated, target-oriented Tele caller and Business Setup Consultant.
The role generates leads, contacts potential clients, understands requirements, and converts enquiries into business setup clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Handle incoming enquiries and explain business setup services.
- Recommend suitable solutions based on client requirements.
- Promote mainland and free zone company formation, trade licenses, visas, VAT, corporate tax, and related services.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Schedule meetings and consultations when required.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build client relationships and coordinate with sales and operations for onboarding.
- Provide updates on lead status and sales performance.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, business setup, or customer service.
- UAE business setup industry experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of business setup services in Dubai or the UAE.
- A target-driven, confident, and persuasive personality.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into clients.
- Good English communication skills; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
- Candidates available in the UAE are preferred.
Salary and Benefits
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
- The role offers competitive salary plus commission or incentives.
