Role Overview
The employer is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Setup Advisor to join its Dubai team.
The role advises clients on UAE business setup options and manages relationships from initial enquiry through successful company formation.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Dubai Mainland and UAE Free Zone company formation.
- Recommend suitable business setup solutions based on client requirements.
- Explain business activities, licensing options, costs, procedures, and timelines.
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and business setup packages.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain client relationships and coordinate processing with PRO, operations, authorities, and government departments.
- Assist with trade licences, visas, renewals, amendments, and other corporate services.
- Maintain CRM records, submit follow-up reports, identify upselling opportunities, and monitor regulatory developments.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of UAE business setup or company formation experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Mainland and Free Zone company formation is required.
- Proven sales and lead-conversion experience is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, client-handling, follow-up, and relationship-management skills are required.
- Candidates should be target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Good command of English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
- Knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–AED 5,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person in Dubai.
