Role Overview
Fast Business Line is seeking a motivated and target-oriented Telecaller - Business Setup Consultant.
The role focuses on generating leads, advising potential clients, and converting enquiries into business setup clients.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Handle incoming enquiries and explain business setup services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business setup solutions.
- Promote mainland and free zone company formation, trade licenses, visas, VAT, corporate tax, and related services.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and sales activity records in the CRM.
- Schedule meetings and consultations with clients when required.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support client onboarding.
- Provide updates on lead status and sales performance.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, business setup, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of business setup services in Dubai or the UAE.
- Target-driven, confident, and persuasive approach.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into clients.
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience in the UAE business setup industry is an advantage.
- Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
- Candidates available in the UAE are preferred.
Salary and Incentives
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
- The role offers attractive commission and incentives.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Performance Indicators
Performance is measured by calls and leads contacted, lead conversion rate, deals closed, monthly sales or revenue achievement, and client follow-up and retention.
