Job Purpose
Handle inbound and outbound calls for banking-related products and services.
Engage with customers, understand their requirements, provide accurate information, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers regarding banking products and services.
- Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and application processes clearly.
- Generate leads and support customer acquisition and sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information on banking services.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulatory requirements, and call quality standards.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team when required.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or banking.
- Banking or financial services experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and persuasion skills.
- Good English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
