Requirements
- University degree in Education, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 3 years of experience in project monitoring and evaluation
- 2 years of experience using computer systems for project tracking
- 1 year of experience in baseline, mid term, or final evaluations
- Experience in preparing technical reports and monitoring instruments
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, Cobo, Power BI
- Knowledge and sensitivity to gender equality, child protection, human rights
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Availability to travel locally and internationally

Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
- Implement actions to feed the project monitoring and evaluation system in line with SERA plan and MERL policies.
- Manage information in digital platforms (PMERL, SAP, registration system).
- Prepare technical reports, indicators, accountability reports, and support narrative reports and donor audits.
- Support the consulting team for baseline data collection.
- Ensure data quality through DQA processes.
- Apply ethical data management protocols including informed consent and privacy.
Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in Education, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related.
- 3 years experience in project monitoring and evaluation.
- 2 years experience using computer systems for project tracking.
- 1 year experience in baseline, mid term, or final evaluations.
- Experience in technical reports and monitoring instruments.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, Cobo, Power BI.
- Knowledge of gender equality, child protection, human rights.
